This live, instructor-led Virtual Classroom workshop is designed to provide students with a solid understanding of the techniques and processes that can be used to eliminate and/or minimize the presence and impact of adverse risk events or threats. The course also discusses processes for capitalizing on positive risk events, or opportunities, that project teams may encounter. This course includes hands-on exercises during which students are encouraged to use their own projects or scenarios so that by the end of the course they will have actual artifacts that they can use in their daily work. This course is taught as two 4-hour sessions via the Virtual Classroom. You will need access to the Internet and you will listen to the audio via an 800 telephone conference number.
